These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the ApparelBlast website, and every order you place through it. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the site or place an order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information when you register or check out. Orders placed with details we cannot verify may be delayed or cancelled.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@apparelblast.store if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used for fraud, abuse of promotions, resale contrary to these Terms, or any unlawful purpose.

Our jackets are sold in specific size and colour variations. Availability is shown per variation on the product page, and a size that is sold out cannot be added to the cart.

Leather is a natural material. Grain, texture and shade vary from hide to hide, and photographs on the site are indicative rather than exact. Small variations in colour and finish are a characteristic of the product, not a defect.

Size guidance is provided as a fit reference. Please check the size guide before ordering — fit preference is not covered by the refund policy.

We may change, limit or discontinue any product or variation at any time. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping charges are shown separately before you confirm the order.

Sale prices are valid for the period shown on the product page. Once a sale ends, the regular price applies automatically.

Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price. Where a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as such, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, rather than supply the product at the incorrect price.

Payment is taken using the methods offered at checkout. Cash on Delivery, where available, requires payment in full to the courier on delivery.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless we state otherwise, may carry a minimum order value or expiry date, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation e-mail acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not by itself form a contract.

The contract between us is formed when we dispatch the goods, or, for Cash on Delivery orders, when we confirm the order for dispatch.

We may decline an order where the product is unavailable, where we cannot obtain authorisation for payment, where a pricing or description error has been identified, or where we suspect fraud.

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report any visible damage to us within 48 hours.

For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are your responsibility and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

If an item arrives damaged, or is not the same as described on the product listing, you may apply for a refund within 2 days of delivery, using the "Request refund" option in My Account or on the Track Order page. Full details are on our Refund Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.

Requests are reviewed within two business days. We may ask for photographs, or for the item to be returned to us with a prepaid label, before a refund is issued.

Approved refunds are issued in full, including any delivery charge paid, to the original payment method. Change of mind, fit preference, damage occurring after delivery, and requests made after the 2-day window are not covered by this policy.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

Reviews may only be submitted by registered customers, and are published after moderation. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unrelated to the product.

By submitting a review or any other content to the site, you grant ApparelBlast a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt that content in connection with the store. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

All content on this site — including the ApparelBlast name and logo, product photography, copy, layout, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including copying, republishing, scraping, or using our imagery for resale listings, requires our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no automated scraping or bulk data collection, no interference with the site's operation or security, and no use of the site to transmit malware or unlawful material.

We may restrict or withdraw access to anyone who breaches this section, and report serious breaches to the relevant authorities.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business arising from your use of the site.

Where we are found liable, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it. It forms part of these Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ApparelBlast is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
