Refund Policy

When you can ask for a refund

You can apply for a refund when your order was delivered within the last 2 days and either:

• the item arrived damaged — torn, scratched, stained, or with broken hardware; or
• the item is not the same as described — wrong product, colour, size or material compared with the listing you ordered from.

The 2-day window counts from the moment we mark your order as delivered. After it closes, please contact support — we will still help, but a refund is no longer guaranteed.

How to apply

1. Open My Account → Orders (or Track Order if you checked out as a guest) and click Request refund on the delivered order.
2. Choose the reason, describe the problem, and attach a photo if you can — it speeds up the review.
3. We review every request within 1–2 business days and e-mail you the decision.
4. Keep the item and its packaging until we get back to you. If we need it returned, we will send a prepaid label.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued in full — including any shipping you paid — to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. For Cash on Delivery orders we will contact you for bank details.

What is not covered

• Change of mind, or a fit that is different from the size guide you chose.
• Damage caused after delivery, or from wear, washing or alteration.
• Requests made after the 2-day window.
